RETURN
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to inform us about your wish to return the purchased product. In order to make a return in an easy and quick way, we encourage you to follow below procedure:
1. Let us know, that you want to make a return. Write a message to info@buzywives.com with "RETURN" in the subject line and your order number.
2. Pack the products you want to return, e.g. in the original packaging. Fill out the return form, that you received with the shipment and add it to the package.
3. Send the products you are returning in undamaged condition to the following address:

4. The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
COMPLAINT
If the purchased goods turn out to have factory defects, physical defects of the material or are inconsistent with the description, please follow the complaint procedure below:
1. Tell us about the situation. Write a message to info@buzywives.com with "COMPLAINT" in the subject line and your order number. If possible, send photos of the defect.
2. Pack the products you want to return, e.g. in the original packaging. Fill out the complaint form that you received with the shipment and add it to the package.
3. After receiving the information, we will contact you by e-mail to determine a convenient way for you to return the product.
4. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of submitting the complaint. We will inform you about the decision concerning the complaint via e-mail.
